Experience all that Legacy West has to offer in this beautiful Plano Townhome. Conveniently located off Headquarters Dr, about a 5-minute walk to all the shopping and dining at Legacy West and an 8-minute walk to the Boardwalk at Granite Park. This home includes a 4th bedroom/bonus room with a 70" 4k TV, arcade games, and a desk for remote working. Plus, we have a fun sports-themed bunk room, and 2 car garage, so bring the whole family! Enjoy new furniture, bedding, and amenities.
We LOVE Plano and the Legacy area. My wife Candice and I host this beautiful townhome to share this great location with more people and provide an opportunity to enjoy everything DFW has to offer.
Conveniently located near the 121 and the Dallas North Tollway, you have easy access anywhere in the metroplex. The home is just off Headquarters Dr, about a 5-minute walk to all the shopping and dining at Legacy West and an 8-minute walk to the Boardwalk at Granite Park. You are 25 min from DFW and just minutes from the Frisco Star, Frito Lay, Toyota, Liberty Mutual, and more. The Legacy area of Plano is booming. There are restaurants, parks, retail, live music venues, and more. -Your car (we have a 2 car garage plus plenty of street parking right in front) -Uber -Lyft
