Welcome to my luxury villa in Las Vegas. I hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. I am reachable by text, email or phone during your stay. I have a local contact for any emergencies.

Property information

Forget your worries in this spacious and elegant space, nested in a quiet rural zone yet 14 minutes from the strip. With large tables, multiple lounge areas, and an outdoor kitchen, it is perfect for groups and families alike to relax after a day of activities. And there is plenty of entertainment such as heated pool, hot spa, smart TVs, multi zone music, billiards, darts, foosball, basketball, mini golf, table games and ping pong. High chair, crib, inflatable mattress and exercise equipment can be provided upon request. The parking area is equipped with an EV level 2 charger.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in a cul-de-sac, in a quiet residential area with rural zoning. The place is 14 minutes from The Strip, 15 minutes from the mountains and 12 minutes from the airport.
