I love California desert!!! I enjoy all kinds of sports and travel.

Property information

Country Club living yet it is your private oasis. Oversized pool and spa, fire pit for chilly winter nights, outdoor kitchen/bar that seats 10+, outside speakers and TV. All but one room in the house has direct access to the great backyard entertainment. Walk or bike to BNP. Very close to the great festivals of Coachella. One of the best golf courses of the desert is right in the community. Interior of the house has an open floor plan. Very light and modern.

Neighbourhood information

Once you step into the country club community you would not want to leave. Walk along the quiet streets admiring immaculately landscaped properties until you reach the golf club surrounded by the green golf fields, lakes and waterfalls. In the distance watch the sun setting behind the Santa Rosa mountain range. The property is within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies.
