Located in a waterfront community, you will have views and access to canals within walking distance. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with space indoor and outdoors for you and your family or fiends to enjoy. Onsite private heated salt water pool, patio and grill for a perfect relaxing time. Only 5 minutes away you will find yourself at the Burnt Store Lakes canoe & #47; kayak public ramp with easy access to the water. There you will enjoy amazingly gorgeous views.
Punta Gorda Isles is a waterfront community with 65 miles of wide, saltwater canals providing boating access to Charlotte Harbor.
