Property information

This large basement apartment has everything you need including a private entrance. Large well lit downstairs apartment with all the comforts in a beautiful setting. This basement apartment is very light and open, features 9 ft ceilings, and is approximately 1700 sq. ft. The unit is accessed through an exterior private entrance and a keyless entry system. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and large family room. The bedroom has a king sized bed and walk-in closet. There is a queen bed in the family room, separated by a privacy curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven and many small appliances including a waffle iron and mix. A BBQ is located on the back patio for you to use as well. For your convenience, Wi-Fi is also provided. NOTE: Children are welcome but must not be left unattended in the yard. A creek runs through the back of our property and can be quite dangerous during thunderstorms. About two weeks before you arrive, you will receive an email with the driving directions and the keyless entry code so that you can get in without having to meet up with anyone. Your host is available by Airbnb chat, live chat text, phone and the caretaker is always close by. La Verkin is a small town located about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. We have a grocery store, a couple of gas stations and an excellent coffee shop. We are located next to Hurricane, which has a Walmart, movie theater, restaurants and more. If you need more than that, St. George is about 25 minutes away. You will need a car to get around. We have plenty of parking. Check-in instructions are sent via email and text two weeks before arrival.
