New construction will be complete in November 2024. The 5k soft greystone is freshly renovated. The home has 3 floors, the lower level has a huge Rec room/playroom, mudroom and full bath with shower. The main floor is equipped with Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Family Room. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a laundry room. All 3 floors open up to a rooftop deck, a patio and backyard. You will be provided with the Primary Suite that opens up to the rooftop deck and features a beautiful Wetroom for relaxing.
My daughter and I reside in the 5k sqft home with our 2 small Havanese dogs. We are happy to host guests while they enjoy our wonderful city.
