This ideally located private home is located in one of the newer developments in southwest Amarillo. This modern, stylish home is a 2-min drive to the Loop & easy access to I-27—taking you to the downtown district, dining, Hodgetown & the Civic Center. Head South you’re just minutes from Canyon, WT A&M University & Palo Duro Canyon. Plenty to do are only minutes away. This convenient home is ideal whether passing through town or better for longer stays with amenities that feel like home.

Neighbourhood information

This is a somewhat modern neighborhood first developed around 2004 and still under development. This is in a great location south of Amarillo, and very safe. We even know all the neighbors whom we have known for 15+ years! Regardless of your destination in the Amarillo/Canyon area, you can get any more centrally located than our home: • 14 minutes to Canyon, TX • 2 miles from Interstate 27 • 15 minutes from Route 66/6th Street • 13 minutes from downtown Amarillo • 13 minutes from Hodgetown (Amarillo Sod Poodles stadium) • 13 minutes from Bar Z Winery • 20 minutes from Cadillac Ranch • 25 minutes from Palo Duro Canyon State Park
