In 2002 we decided to return to York where we lived when our 3 daughters were young and we purchased One Long Beach. In 2003 we built four new vacation homes on the property: Goose Rocks Cottage, Heron Neck Cottage, Owls Head Cottage and the Carriage House. At the same time we also remodeled the primary residence the Main House. We knew we could make One Long Beach into a beautiful vacation rental property that guests would come back to year after year. A few years ago we purchased the Sand and Surf and the Sea View, two Ocean front homes near Short Sands Beach. We look forward to meeting you and hosting you for your vacation, special occasion or corporate event. Thank you.
