Company information

Fun family man who loves living downtown. Its fun being right in the middle of all the Downtown Lynchburg VA action! We live in another (separate, private apartment) loft in the building so we are available if needed. Our loft has its own entrance to the street, we we don’t share the main door the rest of the building occupants use.

Neighbourhood information

These lofts are in the heart of downtown Lynchburg, Va, on the corner of 9th and Jefferson. The location is considered by many to be the best location to stay in Lynchburg! A few blocks from the James River, Downtown Library, art galleries, a Kids museum, the Farmer’s Market, bike trails, restaurants, coffee shops, the Lynchburg Museum, and many other attractions. Lynchburg is experiencing a major revitalization right now, and this area is one of the coolest areas in Lynchburg! There are things going on all the time..summer concerts every weekend, wine festivals, international festivals, and the bateau festival! The first Friday of every month art galleries are open for free for First Friday’s. 4 parking passes are provided for the public lot. These are only needed for weekdays during the day (8-5)
