Relax in the living room with new furniture and unwind on the screened-in porch, which features fresh new seating. Stay entertained with five new smart TVs and refresh yourself with a convenient outdoor hot and cold shower. When you first pull into the driveway, you're unsure whether to run to the beach, steps away, or explore all three and a half floors of the home. The main floor is comfy with a large HDTV above the fireplace, ocean views while seated or on the decks, a BBQ grill, a screened porch, and a kitchen, which allows the chefs to remain part of the great room conversations. Spiral stairs lead to a loft where kids can call their own, or adults can escape for some secluded time. The washer/dryer is conveniently located on the middle level. The lower level has a large game room with a pool table and a wet bar. Exit the slider to the private pool area with a hot tub, where you may spend most of your time during the week. What could be better than a large, well-appointed home close to the beach and private pool? Things to Know The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025.
