The property is within biking distance to the Empire Polo Field and Music Festivals. Beautiful family neighborhood of Indio, the city of Festivals. Located within biking distance to the famous Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals. The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private fully fenced back yard offering quiet relaxation by the sparkling private pool. 4 bedrooms with a combination of king and queen size beds in each bedroom. 2 full bathrooms. Spacious and well equipped kitchen and dining area.You are surrounded by a golf communities, take a morning walk to Starbucks, or just stroll the streets. You will be greeted by other early rising joggers, bicyclists and dog walkers. Grocery shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, hair/nail salon, dry cleaning, anything you might need is within walking distance. Indian Wells, La Quinta and Palm Desert are all a couple of miles away and each has great shopping and dining. You will be only a couple of miles from a local shopping center with grocery stores, restaurants, banks, cleaners, postal services and more.
