Villa Bella Malibu is a block from the Beach with exhilarating White-Water Ocean views. Luxurious furnishings, antiques & artistic details throughout. Private & romantic for couples - great fun for family & friends. Hi-speed internet (300 MBPS+), 3 large flat screens with DirecTv, Netflix, Prime, AppleTV, Disney+, plus many more premium channels and streaming services. Adventure awaits - surfing, biking, hiking, kayaking & paddle boarding. Beach gear provided - chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrella & coolers for day trips. Host requires an Application & Signed Contract prior to reservation confirmation.
I am a 2nd Generation California Native. I have lived in Malibu for 31 years. I am an Interior Designer & Real Estate Broker with my husband, Don. We own Malibu Premier Properties and are busy assisting Sellers and Buyers in Malibu & all of Southern California. I love to hike, swim, travel, & host Guest's Vacations at our beloved Villa Bella Malibu! I hope to meet you there and help you have a magical and memorable Vacation experience! We stay in the guest house which is totally private from the main house when we are not traveling. We are normaly closeby to give our assistance when guests have a need or a question.
We are away from the maddening crowd in the exclusive West End of Malibu but just a short walk or drive to local restaurants, shops, spectacular beaches, and amazing hiking trails. There is an attached garage with one parking space for guest's use and plenty of street parking available. We are not close to public transportation with the exception of UBER, LIFT, Taxi or Limo services .
