Stay close to Downtown Austin in a highly desirable peaceful neighborhood and acreage property of Manchaca Meadows. Close to many local restaurants in Buda downtown, live like a local. Enjoy the newly added therapeutic hot tub, swimming pool and have a relaxing stay. The house has dedicated workspaces with office supplies. The property is a modern farmhouse with 1 king bed in master, a queen bed, full and bunkbed in guest rooms with smart TVs in master and living room. The home is a fully remodeled 1983 home with free Wifi, stocked kitchen, electric Induction cooktop with oven and microwave, cookware and dishes for your family to enjoy home cooked meals. Kitchen appliances also include refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, tea kettle, french press, toaster and blender. Both bathrooms give you a modern luxury feel with stocked up essentials. Laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer with detergent. Kids High chair, toys and pack and play is available along with pet bowls. Manchaca Meadows offers onsite uncovered parking for about 4 cars, a peaceful large fenced backyard with beautiful trees, outdoor cabana style living area with dining seating, propane grill, fire pit, swimming pool and a therapeutic hot tub.
