This is an Italian style home with an everything in it. This property has a big balcony with chairs to sit and have coffee in the morning. This Villa has a pool and Spa (NOT heated). You can enjoy a bbq with family and friends or lounge in the reclining chairs. This property has a pool table, 2 dinning rooms, 2 living rooms, tvs in every room, the master has a living room space and a huge bathroom with an exercise bike. The family room has 2 leather chairs that reclines into double beds and a Roku tv. The kitchen is open and fully stocked. One of the huge rooms has 2 full size beds, a living room and a day bed. The water is triple purified along with the refrigerator’s water and ice as well. This beautiful Villa with a prestine pool and spa ( but not heated) is in a gated community in high-end neighborhood with Italian style furniture. It is located in prestigious Las Vegas with a huge driveway. It has a large fully equipped kitchen, with 2 dinning rooms, a Family room and a front living room. A staircase that leads up to the 5 bedrooms that are made with care and 4 bathrooms fully stocked. Backyard is equipped with a bbq grill, and lounge. This Villa is your home away from home.
I have lived in Las Vegas for a few years, and I love this city. There is so many things to see and do, and I enjoy renting my home out to travelers. I like to travel and spend time with my family. I hope that my visitors will enjoy the house as much as I do.
About 15 minutes from the strip, and 18 mins from downtown Fremont experience, depending on traffic. There are plenty of grocery stores from Walmart, to Ross, and restaurants around the corner!
