Additional notes: This is an oceanfront property with no direct access to the beach. Please note cell phone signals may be poor at the property but it is suggested to enable wifi calling if it is available on your phone setting. The area may experience seasonal strong winds as it is close to the coast. Do not play or climb over the fence surrounding the property Our maintenance person will be taking care of the trash bins - pull/push them back every Thursday Lawn mowing is scheduled once every 3rd week of the month, Thursday or Friday.
