Enjoy exclusive access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club as well as close proximity to the Mauna Lani Resort, where you can play 36 holes of championship golf, enjoy a spa treatment, or browse the shops. Pack a picnic and head to Pauoa Bay, just a 5-minute drive away. LIVING AREAS Unwind on the sofa, love seat, and armchair around the 47” flat-screen TV. Inviting beach decor and high ceilings accent the bright and airy interior. A desk nook and printer are convenient for checking email. KITCHEN & DINING Get cooking in the renovated kitchen, equipped with sparkling granite countertops, fully-stocked cabinets, and a stylish tile backsplash. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for six or the breakfast bar for two. BEDROOMS & BATHS This two-story townhome sleeps up to six guests in the three bedrooms. Two full bathrooms and one half bath are each stocked with plenty of plush towels and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries. Make yourself at home in the master bedroom, furnished with a California king bed, a chaise lounge, and a 32” flat-screen TV. Step out onto the lanai through the sliding doors. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower. Upstairs, the sunny second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and flat-screen TV. A full guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath is located next to the kitchen.
