This large mediterranean waterfront home with private pool is one of the nicest vacation rentals in the New Braunfels/McQueeney/Seguin area. Perfect for large groups, individuals, family reunions, church retreats and small family getaways. With 6000 sq ft, this home is large and features a full range of upgrades. Features include an elevator, sub-zero refrigerator, pool table, (2) living areas, upper/lower decks over the river, basketball court, private pool and (2) canoes. The pool is oversized to handle the large groups. The backyard is chain-link fenced for the kids and pets. Pet fee required. The river is currently low as GBRA works on the dam. However, there is PLENTY of water to canoe, fish and swim. We added stairs to help access the river. The pool is oversized to accommodate large groups such as reunions and retreats. It is private and not a community pool. Pool closes November 1st and reopens March 8.
Great neighborhood. Area activities include Schlitterbahn, Sea World, ZDT, Fiesta Texas, San Marcos Outlet Mall, San Antonio Riverwalk, San Antonio zoo and the Alamo.
