Great family home is perfectly located in the quaint Town of Melbourne Beach, less than ½ block to the Ocean. Two minutes to the Spessard Holland Golf course and 1 minute to historic Ocean Avenue in Melbourne Beach. You can hear the waves crashing from the home while relaxing in the jacuzzi.

I am very knowledgeable of the area and always available to suggest and recommend places to visit while you're visiting Melbourne Beach. I will be available to assist guests with any needs they might need. I'm a local resident and know many restaurants, outdoor activities, local golf courses and vacation outings.
Welcome to Casa Surfside! Location, Location, Location! Brand new to market. The home is located a few steps from a private beach. Also, 1-minute drive or a short walk to Melbourne Beach's Ocean Avenue which is a few blocks long, running east to west, and has numerous restaurants, bars, market, public beach with barbecues and tables, volleyball and bocce ball courts. Additionally, Ryckman Park is .8 miles away and is located adjacent to the Indian River Lagoon, and has tennis and pickleball courts, playground, pier, and lots to offer including scheduled group exercise classes such as yoga and tai chi. Further, the home is a two-minute drive to the Spessard Holland Golf course which is a beautiful, 18-hole public golf course that runs along the Indian River Lagoon. The Melbourne Orlando International Airport is located 7.3 miles away; Sebastian Inlet State Park is located 15 miles away; Cocoa Beach is located 19 miles away; Port Canaveral Cruise Port is located 24 miles away, and Kennedy Space Center is 33 miles away. So much to do. Guests can easily access the beach within 1 minute and only 100 steps away.
