Property information

Waterfront 1142 Nettles Blvd. Two bedrooms, (one queen and one full bed) spacious full bathroom with shower/commode separate room from sink/makeup area. Has spacious porch overlooking the channel. Property can accommodate up to 32 foot boat. Full bed pull out sofa sleeps additional 2 in large living room, (additional cots are under the futon) waterside Bay window sleeps 1, futon sleeps 2 children or one adult, and small multipurpose room has mattress that sleeps one. In addition to our large 2 section bathroom, the Bathhouse behind channel has showers, tubs, sinks, and toilets to accommodate 6 males on one side and 6 females on the other side. Enjoy all the Nettles Island amenities FREE: 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, private beach, marina, tennis courts, mini golf, weight room, club house, horse shoes and more. No steps: ramp accessible. Large porch and sunning area w table and charcoal grill overlooking the water. Washer and dryer. If you desire a larger home on the water please see our property 17 Nettles Blvd. We also rent 533 Nettles Blvd which has a minimum stay length BUT IT HAS SUPER LOW RATES. LOW ENOUGH THAT MANY PEOPLE BOOK A FEW NITES EXTRA TO MEET THAT MINIMUM. CALL US: WE CAN HELP. If your preferred dates are not available at one property we can combine dates with multiple properties to suit your needs. GOLF CART RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE ON AND NEAR ISLAND. GOOD WIFI. Door code and easy no contact check in procedures. Boat trailer storage on the island is limited. The condo office can provide 3 day pass but no storage is allowed on Saturdays. A Privately owned marina on the island may rent space. BUT FORTUNATELY THIS HOUSE HAS ONE OF THE BIGGEST DRIVEWAYS ON THE ISLAND: WILL ACCOMODATE UP TO 3 VEHICLES/TRAILERS AND NO TIMELIMITS. ADDITIONAL PARKING AVAILABLE AT BATHHOUSE: SEE GUARD GATE UPON ARRIVAL Also we have free overflow parking at 6915 S. Indian River Dr. Fort Pierce just minutes across the river.
