Conveniently located just a couple of blocks away from the beach, this three-story home offers the perfect home base for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends! The poolside hot tub will be just what you need after an entertaining day exploring the area. When you enter this splendid home away from home, you will discover an entertaining game room with a pool table in the center, a rec area with a large TV, a dartboard, numerous books, and a convenient wet bar with a full-size fridge, microwave, and sink. From here, you have direct access to an extensive wraparound deck with direct views of the pool and a gas grill. The middle level features four well-appointed bedrooms. Climb up the stairs to reach the upper level of the home, where a spacious and bright open floor plan awaits! Wind down in the welcoming living room, furnished with inviting sofas and a large TV to keep you entertained during your stay. If you are not in the mood to watch TV, feel free to break out any of the provided board games for an entertaining evening with your family and friends! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
