Mid-century house is a peaceful and tranquil. Enjoy the sunshine garden view with palm trees, roses, and cactuses while relaxing in the living room. The house is mid century decorated for 2 bedrooms 2 baths. The kitchen has cooking utensils for you to prepare a meal. Safe neighborhood and private entrance with driveway parking! Owner is living the other side of the house but won’t share the entrance or front yard with you. Please note: There's a USD59 mandatory trip insurance fee, collected after booking confirmation. This fee is not included in the total price paid for the booking. The insurance covers accidents and theft, ensuring peace of mind. The insurance is non-refundable. Note: Taxes for this listing is included as management fee.
