Enjoy your family while you sit by the private lap pool, boil crawfish, and BBQ in the spacious backyard while the 🐶 🐕 get all the exercise they need! This home is centrally located and only minutes away from Government St. and Downtown Baton Rouge. Plus, you will be close to LSU and other main attractions happening in Mid-City. The neighborhood and property is also home to the most beautiful oak trees the city has to offer.
