Property information

Location is EVERYTHING! Perched above a big lake, far back from the road - this condo enjoys amazing privacy and an outstanding location within the club. The welcoming front patio leads you to A large 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There is updated tile flooring throughout, enhanced lighting, and window treatments. A large patio runs the length of the unit with beautiful lake views. The master suite has a slider to this patio, a big shower, dual vanity, and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the unit with a bath in between. Desert Princess is a full-service club that offers every country club amenity from the sports courts, golf, and fitness to social activities and clubs. There is a full-service restaurant and bar on the property and members can easily access the full-service hotel connected to the community.

Cathedral City Requirements City of Cathedral City STVR Permit No. BLIC-OO3378-2O22 - City’s transient occupancy tax: 12% plus 1% for regional programs. - Rental occupants (over 18 years old) are required to read and acknowledge the City's Good Neighbor brochure which requires guests to respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. - NO outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. - Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM.
