Enjoy the lower level of this private and gated end of cul-de-sac retreat. The lower level is completely separate and has its own entrance and outdoor space. It can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a family room and a kitchenette with laundry facilities. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds while the 3rd bedroom has twin bunk beds. Additional features include a 75' lap pool, full gym, a jetted hot tub, and a large mature garden. Privacy and amenities are the hallmarks of our rental space. Located at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac, the gated property offers unmatched privacy. Whether working out in our private gym or swimming in the 75' lap pool, our guests enjoy amenities not found in any other Mill Valley rental.
