A beach shuttle is available Thursday-Monday offering a convenient way to enjoy the waves and sand. When you want to stretch your legs, take the provided adult and children's bikes from the garage for a family ride on the neighborhood greenways or head down to the shared pool for some water fun in the sun! Check out the local fishing, kayaking, parasailing, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, jet skiing, and boating. All the equipment you need is available to rent. The brightly-lit interior is tastefully furnished with updated appliances and amenities. An open-concept main living area is a great central gathering place anchored by a fireplace and a TV. The island kitchen has full-size appliances, including a gas range and dishwasher, to make home cooking a breeze. Family meals can be enjoyed together in the sunlit dining area. Three guest rooms are downstairs, including the primary bedroom with en suite bath. Kids will love the upstairs, complete with a game/TV loft and bedroom with two bunk beds. A Pack 'n Play is available for younger guests. There is also a dedicated desk area, perfect for remote work or school. Enjoy wooded views from the spacious, semi-enclosed backyard or sip your favorite beverage and say 'hello' to your neighbors from the furnished front patio. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
