Incredible, modern luxury home perched on top of a mountain at the foothills of Chugach State Park. Experience the incredible views especially at sunset with the sun over the peak of Denali. Walking distance to one of the most popular hiking trails. Large windows and glass doors to two decks and a large roof deck that gives you amazing views of Denali and the Alaska range on clear days and Sleeping Lady as well as the Knick arm inlet. Billion dollar water and mountain views from every window.

Located at the steps of Chugach state park. Quiet neighborhood perfect for a serene getaway. House is located on a mountain above the tree tops. Perfect for birdwatchers and wildlife lovers. You will need a car to get to the property. During rainy or icy/snowy months an all wheel drive is strongly recommended.
