You will be close to everything Apex when you stay at this centrally-located place. This brick townhome is within walking distance to Downtown Apex, Apex Community Ctr, Lake Pine Shopping Plaza, Hunter Street Park, Apex HS and 2 groceries. The home has new furniture, high-end appliances, new flooring and upgraded lighting throughout. It's a modern space and is well kept. You'll have all the amenities of home to make your stay in The Peak of Good Living memorable and comfortable.
I am a native New Yorker and moved to Apex 16 years ago in search of better quality of life for my family. I absolutely love the area. I've raised my three children here and found NC to be a great place to live, work, play and thrive. I'm a finance professional at Cisco Systems and a prior instructor at the University of Phoenix. I love music, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends. I also spend a fair amount of time volunteering and supporting local non-profit organizations focused on basic human needs. I am driven, hard-working and empathetic. I love to laugh, am an open-book, a great listener and likely the most laid-back type-A personality you'll ever meet. This neighborhood is very quiet, quaint, family oriented and peaceful. All neighbors are very polite and considerate. There are sidewalks in the neighborhood for morning, afternoon or evening strolls. It is not a high traffic neighborhood so in the spring and summer you awake to the sounds of nature. Take advantage of our new public transportation system, Go Apex. This is a limited bus service that will get you to the most traveled places in Apex and beyond. Absent from that service, you will need a car or use a ride service to get around. However, keep in mind there are plenty restaurants, shopping areas, groceries and recreational options within walking distance from the townhome/neighborhood (less than 1 mile).
