Hello! My name is Jane and I live in the Bay Area with my husband and three young kids. We love trying new restaurants, wineries, coffee shops, beaches, kid friendly places, and exploring the outdoors.

Property information

Welcome to our home! Enjoy a glass of local wine as you relax in our hot tub. We are 20 min from Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo & Morro Bay, and 30 min from Avila Beach and Pismo Beach. There are many restaurants, wineries, breweries, and activities in the area. Stay with us for your next getaway! NOTE: Booking our home means you agree to House Rules, Noise Curfew, an No Music Outdoors at anytime Policy.

Neighbourhood information

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in a small town called Atascadero. Many of our neighbors have lived in their homes for 15+ years. We kindly ask that our guests keep noise to a minimum and respect the 10pm - 7am quiet hour period. You will often see deer roaming around the streets and in our front yard. They are harmless and will graze for a few minutes and be on their way.
