This spacious single-family home is perfect for a memorable stay! The kitchen island is great for gatherings, and the living room features a 75-inch smart TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, rice cooker, blender, dishwasher, and a K-cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea bags. Our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with: - Bedroom 1: Queen bed - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bunk beds (top bunk weight limit: 300 lbs) - Bedroom 3: Queen bed - Living room: Sofa bed for 2 guests or a queen air mattress Bathrooms: - Bathroom 1: Combo tub/shower - Bathroom 2: Stand-up shower Families with kids will appreciate the playard with memory foam topper, high chair, and stroller. Additional features: - Living room: 75" smart TV with Hulu and basic channels - Dining area: Kitchen with 8 bar stools - Outdoor: Backyard patio with string lights, a climber and slide for small children, and space for soccer play Please note: One wall of the property is shared with the guest suite, so we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Complimentary parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Garage access and electric vehicle charging are not available.
