The property is located 8 minutes walking to the spectacular Butterfly beach of Montecito, 5 minutes walking to Montecito Coast Village that has so many restaurants and fine dining. What I like personally appreciate so much about this house is that it is located within an 5 minute walking distance, almost right in the middle between two of nicest hotels on the California Pacific Coast: The Rosewood Miramar hotel and the Four Season Biltmore hotel. This compliments the vacation stay with so many entertainments while not wasting anytime commuting. I personally use this house for my family vacation and we always have a great time. The neighborhood is family oriented, very quiet and also very private.
