Nestled underneath the tall, beautiful Florida Pines is our Very comfortable and cozy home on a 1 acre wooded lot - We are in SW Jacksonville. Welcome to Moody in the Pines. If you're looking for that great Vacation with a HUGE yard that has plenty of room to put something on the BBQ, play games from corn hole to kickball, badminton to pickle ball; have a fire and roast some marshmallows - then this is where you need to be! 3 Bedrooms / 2 Baths , an open kitchen to living area with a large flat screen SMART TV. You will feel like you are out in the woods, yet everything is not very far way. For groceries, to shopping, golf courses - many close options to choose from. And if you want to visit the beach during your stay, you are a 30 minute ride away. If you're looking for some delicious fresh fish, shrimp, crab legs, or oysters - you are right in between 2 of the area's best places - in Whitey's Fish Camp and the OP Fish House and Oyster Bar! We have a lot of games for both indoor & outdoor fun! Great yard for your dog too! Pet Friendly - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet.
