Welcome to this BRAND_NEW luxury townhome and relax with the whole family at this peaceful place with access to the pool just steps away open year-round! Our 2-story 3BR townhome is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, near shopping centers, restaurants, medical care, banks, Walmart, Publix, etc, with less than a 30-minute drive to one of our beautiful white sand beaches. HIGH-SPEED fiber internet. Self-check-in with keypad. Please note this is a smoke-free, drug-free (including marijuana) property, and guests suspected of any use will be removed immediately and will incur all costs to remove the smell, etc. Please park in the driveway only. Please note all bedrooms are upstairs, with the addition of a sleeping sofa on the main floor, and sheets provided upon request. You will receive a door code for the smart locks the morning of your check-in, valid for the duration of your stay. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive digital guidebook, providing answers to any questions you may have regarding the property, along with valuable information about nearby attractions, dining options, and shopping destinations in the local area. baby chair and a Pack N-Play are available. dog park behind the pool area For everyone's safety, there are outside security cameras but no cameras inside.
