Our property has beautiful artwork from Arizona local artists and a comfy atmosphere for relaxing. The living room has an oversized couch, wood fireplace and a large flat screen TV for cozy nights in, or just taking in the scenery from either large picture window. We offer a full kitchen with all the needed amenities and a dinner room that can comfortably seat 8. We're a 10 minute walk to Fool Hollow Lake and you can throw a rock and hit the Bison Golf course. There's a brand new restaurant, lounge and brewery adjacent to the property on the 260 highway. And we're also only about a 2 minute drive from the Torreon Golf club, which has a great steakhouse on site. The house boasts a 1/3rd acre lot with a large fire pit in the fenced back yard along with two giant Poplar trees that provide incredible shade during the day. Even on warm days you can spend almost the entire day in the shade in the back yard. The front yard can accommodate up to 7 cars easily and is full of towering Ponderosa Pine trees, an Arizona specialty. Each guest can control the temperature in their room with individual AC units. There's also ceiling fans in all rooms as well. The house is less than a 5 minute drive into town where you can find many restaurants and local attractions like the kids water park and playground downtown, City of Show Low park, the bluff...the list goes on and on.
