Welcome to our thoughtfully updated open-concept rambler in a peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy the stunning view of the Cascade mountains from the living and dining areas, the expansive master bedroom and ensuite with dual shower heads. A fully equipped kitchen stocked with all convenient items to make your stay more comfortable. Will have pots, pans, cooking spices, bakeware, silverware, dishware/flatware, kid plates, glasses, wine glasses, refrigerator, toaster oven, stove, microwave, rapid-boil kettle, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, half and half cream and tea. The house has a full fenced back yard, across the street from the local park, and plenty of parking spaces on both sides of the street right in front of the house. While this adorable home is a perfect private getaway for you and the family, its location is easy for you to get around for restaurants, shopping and amenities. You are only : 3 minutes to I5 5 mins to downtown Everett 10 mins to Boeing/Seattle Paine Field Intl Airport (PAE) 8 mins to Seattle Premium Outlets/Tulalip Casino 10 mins to Everett Station.
