Modern, luxurious getaway with mountain views. Make yourself at home! Located at the base of the Wasatch Mountains with quick access to 7 world-class ski resorts and shopping. 10-15 minutes to the surrounding and Cottonwood canyons for hiking, mountain biking or camping. 20 minutes to downtown. 40 minutes to Park City. 20 minutes to the international airport
I live in Utah and love everything the state has to offer - especially the outdoors. I moved here several years ago for our beautiful mountains, which can be enjoyed year-round! I love sharing Utah and my home with visitors and am more than happy to provide recommendations.
Quiet, safe, family-oriented neighborhood. Beautiful public park just a block away with stunning mountain views, public walking paths, and a playground. There are 2 parking spaces in the garage and 2 parking spaces on the driveway.
