Perfectly located just off the Mountain Road, Mountainview Condo #2 is a favorite for couples and small families for its convenience and lovely vibe. This second-floor end unit is fresh and bright. A wall of windows with mountain views and direct access to the deck takes center stage in the main living area. Comfortable furnishings, Stowe inspired ski décor, and gorgeous windows invite you to sit back and relax after a day of activity. The dining area is purposefully placed to enjoy Vermont vistas by day and night. The adjacent kitchen is well laid out and well stocked with amenities and nice appliances. A primary bedroom boasts large windows and a primary bath. The second bedroom is roomy with another full bath this home is great for two couples traveling together with plenty of privacy for all. Outside, Adirondack style chairs are great for hanging on the deck and the condo association also has an inground pool with tables, chairs, and a BBQ grill for seasonal use. A large flat yard bordered by a wooded lot is great to run and play. The West Branch Little River abuts the property, and the Mountain Road is just a stone's throw away. Along Stowe's famous Rec Path and within walking distance of the condo, you'll find several restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and even live music venues! In addition, the complimentary winter seasonal Mountain Road shuttle stop is 0.2 miles from your door and leads from the village to the mountain and back all season long and offers easy hop on hop off service to get out and explore. This location is truly in the heart of it all! Pets are not permitted at this property. Bringing unapproved pets can result in the termination of your rental without refund, as well as additional fees.
