If you and your loved ones are looking for the perfect spot—with tons of space—for your vacation to Pigeon Forge, then this penthouse condo is the perfect spot for you! You all could spend time outside on our large green space, where you can walk on the walking trail, grill outside in the crisp mountain area, swim in one of two pools, or relax in the hot tub after a day at Dollywood (which you could receive a free ticket for!). You can even see the nightly fireworks from Dollywood from the penthouse balcony! We want to offer you a beautiful space—at a competitive price—to create lifelong memories with your loved ones. We would love for you to book with us again and again! This condo has the following bedding configuration: • King Master Bedroom • King in Second Master Bedroom • King in the Third Bedroom • King in the Fourth Bedroom • King in the Third Bedroom • Sleeper Sofa in Den 1 • Sleeper Sofa in Den 2 This condo can sleep a total of 14 people. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV as well. With that many people, you might be concerned about bathrooms, but there are plenty of those as well. There are four full bathrooms in this penthouse unit! Each master bathroom has a garden tub and a shower, as well as a hair dryer. The third bathroom has a shower and a single sink, and the fourth has a shower/tub combo. Three of the bathrooms have handicap rails by the toilet. When renting this unit, there will be 2 entry doors, 2 kitchens, 2 balconies with breathtaking views of the mountains and green space, 2 washer/dryers, and 2 living areas. Both dens have 2 comfortable recliners and couches, as well as 55-inch TVs. This building is the closest to most of the amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a 17-person hot tub.
