I am a nurse, work at night sleep during the day. I live downstairs. You will have the whole upstairs of the house, including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room/tv room. I do not rent to multiple family at time, so the top floor is all for your group. I know it’s not ideal but unfortunately because of my work hrs the quiet hrs are from 10pm until 7am if I am off and from 8am until 4pm if I am home. Please be mindful on that, thank you Before you leave please take the trash out and bring all the linens, towels, carpets, table cloth downstairs to the laundry room, I appreciate the help
The property is close to everything, Costco, shopping mall, movie theaters, markets, coffee shops, and much more.
Very quiet and safe neighborhood.
