New Construction – My LBI Beach Rental, LLC, was knocked down, and Rebuilt in 2023. This is a 6 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath Luxury residence, just 6 houses from the beach. There is a both a heated saltwater Pool and Hot Tub, as well as a spectacular outdoor shower, and rear outdoor Firepit area. Spectacular Rooftop deck, with 360* Ocean and Bay views. And, a very spacious 3816 square feet of living space. The kitchen and baths are all, extremely high end, as is the internal and external furnishings and decor.
