Private, quiet, wooded, one-story contemporary style house; 4 bedrooms; 2 baths. Can comfortably host 8 people. Large great room with wall of windows; large deck overlooking backyard and woods; heat pump for air & heat; outdoor shower, washer and dryer. Smart TV with Netflix. In July and August, the minimum booking period is 7 nights, from Sunday to Sunday only, 1 mile to the bay on quiet country road; 1.5 miles to Indian Neck Beach; short walk to nature trail and marsh. Three miles to Cape Cod National Seashore, Marconi Beach. Parking for 5 cars. Price includes linens and towels.
I am a 76-yer-old yoga therapist and swimming enthusiast.
The way the Cape used to be. Quiet residential neighborhood with rural feel, on private, unpaved road. Houses arranged around a wooded hollow with a small pond in the center. Little automobile traffic. Good for walking, bicycling, driving. Bus service available by walking 10 min. to the corner of Pilgrim Spring Rd. and Rt. 6.
