Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Located 15 minutes from downtown Cleveland, 7 minutes to the airport. Close to everything. Comes with 1 parking space (midsize vehicle). There are 3 visitor parking spaces for larger vehicles. Public street parking during day only (not overnight) available directly across the street. Has everything needed for a long-term stay. *Notice to guests with mobility issues - steps to climb involved to reach apartment.

Neighbourhood information

This apartment complex features several two bedroom, 1 bath apartments near Cleveland, Ohio. Coe Creek runs through the south of the property and empties into the Rocky River. For those who love to explore nature and enjoy hiking & walking, the property borders the Rocky River Reservation which is part of the Cleveland Metroparks. Rocky River Reservation is home to Rocky River Stables horseback riding, Mastic Woods Golf Course, South Mastick Picnic Area, Sledding Area, Rocky River Oxbow Lagoon which is a permanent fishing and ice fishing area. Scenic Park Trailhead is located in a well populated area, its a nearly level trail and includes a shaded section along the river, trail length of less than a mile. Near the trailhead, 41 Degree North Coastal Kayak Adventures offers kayaking & stand-up paddleboarding classes and rentals. Less than 10 minutes way and on the National Register of Historic Places, Fort Hill is an authentic earthworks site believed to have been created by Early Woodland Indians over 2000 years ago. Rocky River Nature Center Trailhead provides access to over 5 miles of trails and the nature center itself, these trails will take you to the river's edge, a wetland.
