Quick highway access, quick trip to Drake University, and less than 10 minutes from downtown make this the ideal retreat for your Iowa adventure.

Beaverdale is a neighborhood in Des Moines, Iowa with a population of 12,052. It is lcoated in Polk County and is one of the best places to live in Iowa. The neighborhood is very walkable and peaceful. Lots of great restaurants, bars, golf courses, and more! Don't forget to check out the infamous SNOOKI's ice cream just around the corner! Neighborhood is a great place to explore local restaurants, ice cream shops, breakfast places, and downtown fun. You'll want a car to get around, but bike trails are close by and gorgeous! The property garage is not available. Please park in the driveway or on the street. The driveway can hold 3-4 vehicles, easily.
