This is Squishmallow Heaven! Relax in this charming & spacious, fully-renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath unit in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Ft. Myers Beach and within walking distance to the grocery store, Target, and Walmart. Perfect for vacations, family gatherings (ask about our sister property), and those working from home who need high-speed internet (1K-MBPS) to stream multiple devices. FAVORITE FEATURES: blackout curtains, gorgeous private backyard, and super efficient laundry machines (brand new). Features: 2 Queen beds + 2 SUPER comfortable large sofas, ceiling fans, private backyard, washer/dryer, all new appliances, coffee provided. Sleeps 4-6 easily. 1GB High speed internet / WiFi ideal for Work From Home (WFH) & Remote Work. We want you to relax and enjoy your stay. The house is brand new, with expert cleanings after every stay, and designed to help you feel at home, so please don't hesitate to reach out for any needs or questions! Enjoy the experience, make some great memories, and have a beautiful time; that's the most important thing! OTHER DETAILS - PARKING: 2 parking spaces are available in the front of the house and labeled with your unit #. GARBAGE: for long stays, garbage/recycling pick-up is Wednesday morning. Bins are located just inside the fenced-in gates facing the street on either side of the house. They can be left on the street on Tuesday night. SMOKING: allowed outside. Ash trays located on back patio. CHECK-IN: For check-in you'll be given a unique smart lock code to access your private unit, fully equipped with all necessities including laundry, kitchen, bathroom, and appropriate amenities. You'll have a dedicated backyard, with privacy fence.

This quiet neighborhood is such a great central location - 8 minutes from beach, 15 minutes from downtown, 25 minutes to Sanibel Island - and has INCREDIBLE restaurants & cafes in the area. Plenty of diners & stores in the area too. Publix grocery store right across the street. Walmart & Target right down the road (2 minutes).
