Built in 2015, this contemporary, lake-front home was designed for family vacations and to take full advantage of the beauty of the home’s surroundings. Two private primary suites are available, each with its own screened porch to enjoy a quiet morning coffee overlooking the scenic cove. The first master suite has a full bathroom with a luxury shower, while the second suite has a bathroom with a jetted tub. And for your enjoyment, all bedrooms have a flat-screen TV.  The common areas are open with expansive views of the water and ample seating both indoors and outside. Take advantage of the over-sized, covered porch overlooking the covered dock. The family chef will also enjoy the gourmet, well-stocked kitchen and outdoor grilling areas. Conveniently located minutes from Rt. 33 and Beach Island Marina, this vacation home sits on a private cove with deep, quiet water.  A gently sloping driveway makes it easy for you and your guests to take full advantage of ample parking and room for your RV or boat trailer. The home has an unobstructed view of the cove as it meets the scenic Clinch River.  Only the beauty of the cove and the river is visible from our large, covered deck that wraps around two sides of the home, allowing for great views of the water and surrounding natural beauty. The covered dock will always be made available to our guests to take advantage of year-round, deep water. Enjoy our sun-deck for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. The quiet water of the cove provides a safe and calm area for families to enjoy the water. We have provided full electricity to the dock with the ability to control current from the top of the stairs so you can power off the dock while your family takes advantage of the cove.
