Property information

Beautifully remodeled new spacious home in North Hollywood. This property has 2 gates for privacy and has plenty of parking. Close to all major freeways and attractions, this home is very centrally located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The home boasts a wonderful covered backyard, perfect for entertaining guests and comes with a hot tub as well. The whole group will be comfortable in this modern, styled and unique space.

Neighbourhood information

This wonderful pocket of Valley Village is on the border of both Sherman Oaks and Studio City, so it's really in the middle of everything. The neighborhood is very family oriented, extremely quiet, and pleasant. It is close to shops and restaurants. You have easy access to 101, 170, and 405 freeways so getting around the LA area is very easy and the home is close to everything. The Property has 2 motorized gates for your convenience and depending on the size of your vehicles can accommodate up to 5-6 cars. We offer an EV charging station as well so its just a matter of pulling the car right up to the home for a fully private, gated experience. As far as public transport there is the metro bus that is about 3-4 minute walk.
