Property information

This spacious home in a desirable and serene residential neighborhood. Walking distance to West and Cummings Beaches, tennis /basketball courts, sport fields. Neighbourhood information

Shippan Point (or Shippan) is the southernmost neighborhood in Stamford, CT, located on a peninsula in Long Island Sound. It is one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in the city. Shippan Point is home to two yacht clubs, two restaurants, a marina, a racquet club, and a private beach club. The house is a short walking distance to beaches and famous rustic Irish Pub Brennans. Parks, tennis courts, restaurants and stores (including Shoprite) are a couple of minutes drive from the house. Train Station and I95 highway are less than 5 min from the house. Thus, on one hand the house is locatied in a resort community (a lot of New Yorkers and people from all over the U.S. and abroad come to spend their vacations there) and on the other, Shippan Point is close to everything and offers a commute one could only dream of.
