Get Ready to enjoy the vacation of your life in our NEW waterfront cabin, situated on a deep water, idle only cove. Located on beautiful Lake Keowee, this unique property offers 3 bedrooms , 2.5 baths, stocked kitchen, dining area, living area, loft, dock, patio with fireplace, and sleeping for 10. This beautiful NEW constructed home sits right on Lake Keowee with a dock. Go out in the boat and tour the beautiful lake with it's waterfalls and crystal clear water, then return to snuggle up with a fire in the indoor or outdoor gas fireplace. You and the family can also relax the night away on the large patio that includes a gas firepit. There are no short cuts in this home, it's beautiful tong and groove ceilings and elaborate beams make it feel like the perfect mountain getaway or summer retreat.
Richard owns and operates Coastal Boating Center in Savannah, GA. The family owned business was established in 2003. He and his family love boating and have been coming to Lake Keowee for 20 years and love every aspect of it. He and his wife love making The Starling Bear Den on Lake Keowee cozy and relaxing for their guests.
Peninsula Point is the area that The Starling Bear Den is located. It sits on a very quiet cul-de-sac over looking Lake Keowee, with access to the dock and a idle cove you and the family can swim or fish all day long. Being near the mountains there is an abundance of wildlife all around, including the occasional bear. The Point offers the perfect place for nature walks or golf cart rides when you aren't enjoying the beauty of the Lake.
