Welcome to your perfect vacation home on Fripp Island, South Carolina! This stunning 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home is the perfect choice for a luxurious and comfortable getaway. As you enter the home, you will be struck by the open and airy floor plan and vaulted ceilings with tall bright windows. A space created for ideal entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. The spacious living room features comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV, with an equipped bar and space for family game time. The dining area is perfect for hosting a formal dinner or enjoying a casual meal inside or dining al fresco outside the sliding door on the spacious deck. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a range, refrigerator, wine fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Just outside the sliding dining room doors, a large back deck offers ample space for outdoor dining, grilling and lounging in the sun. Throughout the day you'll find an amazing variety of birds and local deer that roam through the property which will add delight to your morning coffee or evening drinks. Enjoy reading in the separate cozy reading sun room and close by you'll find a fenced in yard for relaxing or play time for the kids. Everyone will find their own place to relax and connect in this large beautiful home. The 5 bedrooms are all tastefully decorated and feature comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The 3 and 1/2 bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. A family bedroom has a Queen bed, twin trundle bed along with a Queen loft area accessible by a step ladder. This, along with the adjoining full bathroom and outdoor access, provides ample privacy for a family or group. Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary, offers 3,000 acres of natural beauty on the most seaward of South Carolina’s barrier islands. More than 3.5 miles of shell – dotted beach, two golf courses and full- service resort amenities, such as restaurants, tennis facilities, swimming pools, and a marina. Fripp Island Guest Cards are available with the house but are not included. Fripp Island Resort's club cards allow guests to use the tennis facilities, golf courses, pools, rent and water crafts, and use the restaurants on the island. Each guest over the age of 12 must purchase and have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities. Please refer to your Rental Agreement or contact Tidewatch Vacations directly to inquire about availability and up to date pricing. Please note, Guests do not have to buy amenity cards! You can enjoy the beach, the bike paths, and the shops without an amenity card. There are many wonderful restaurants, golf courses, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, and tennis courts off of the island.
