Classic Secluded Gem In Garland/Rowlett, Texas. Centrally located on the border of Rowlett and Garland. A short distance from Dallas, Rockwall, Wylie, Plano, and Richardson. Firewheel mall and shops nearby. Access to PGB Hwy. This is a Family owned home. Guests are ID-verified. Handicap shower available. Pet-friendly with additional fees and dog descriptions. House has a private fenced backyard. 2 Parking spaces out of the back and front parking. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
