Newly built modern decor gated back house. 3BR/2BA located in a safe residential neighborhood in San Gabriel Valley. 1.5 miles from I-10 and 1-60 ~ 12 min. to Santa Anita Shopping Mall (various restaurants & stores) ~ 20 min. to L.A./Union Station, Old Town Pasadena ~ 25 min. to Citadel Outlet ~ 30 min. to Knott's Berry Farm and Orange County ~ 35 min. to Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, and Santa Monica Pier/beaches ~ 45 min. to LAX and LGB Airports ~ 55 min. to Six Flags Magic Mountain
